I am delighted to share CMY’s new Strategic Plan 2023-2027 with you all, which outlines CMY’s strategic direction for the next four years.
At CMY, our purpose is to create a society where multicultural young people live a life where they are connected and can fully reach their potential.

Our Strategic Plan 2023-2027 outlines four strategic pillars that underpin all of the work we do:
- MY Community: Young people are connected, belong and contribute to their families and the community.
- MY Journey: Young people are empowered to access opportunities and actively shape their own futures.
- MY Voice: Young people are understood, accurately represented and influential.
- MY CMY: CMY is a strong partner and recognised leader in working with diverse young people.
Under each of these focus areas, we have a set of core objectives we are striving to achieve.
Every day, across all levels of our organisation, our staff and volunteers are playing a vital role in shaping culture. We are shaping the systems, attitudes and behaviours that create the society we all deserve and want to be part of in the future.
